This Privacy Policy explains how BusyBee! (the "App") handles your personal data. BusyBee! is an AI play-ideas app for parents and carers, provided by Y & A Design Ltd, trading as YektaD ("YektaD", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08931578). We are the data controller for the data described below. We take your family's privacy seriously and collect as little as we can.
1. What we collect

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not knowingly build advertising profiles of children.
2. Photos and AI processing
When you use the photo-scan feature, the image is processed by AI (including trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf) to recognise objects and suggest games. Photos are used to provide this feature and are not used to identify people. We recommend you avoid capturing faces or other unnecessary personal details in scans. Camera access is only used when you actively take a photo.
3. Children's privacy
BusyBee! is intended for use by parents and carers, not directly by children. Child profiles hold only the minimal information you choose to add (such as a first name and age) to personalise play ideas. You control this information and can edit or delete it at any time in the App. We do not knowingly collect more personal data about children than is needed for this purpose.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and maintain the App, generate play ideas, keep the service secure, fix problems, respond to you, and improve the experience. Our legal bases under UK/EU law are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (keeping the App safe and improving it), and your consent where required (for example, camera access or optional analytics).
5. Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the App — such as cloud hosting, AI processing, crash reporting, and the app stores that handle subscriptions and payments. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose data where required by law. We never share your content for anyone else's own marketing purposes.
6. Storage, security & retention
Your data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use recognised safeguards. We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App; if you delete your account or ask us to, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email contact@yektad.com. You can also delete your account and data from within the App's settings. You may complain to your local data-protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
