These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BusyBee! mobile application and related services (together, the "App"). BusyBee! is an AI-powered app that suggests play and activity ideas for children. The App is provided by Y & A Design Ltd, trading as YektaD ("YektaD", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08931578). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use BusyBee!

BusyBee! is designed for parents, carers and guardians (adults aged 18+). It is intended to be used by an adult to plan and supervise play for children. It is not intended to be used directly by children without adult supervision.

2. Your account and profiles

Some features require an account, and you can create child profiles (for example, a first name and age) to tailor play ideas. You are responsible for the information you add, for keeping your login secure, and for supervising any child who uses the App with you.

3. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial family use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

4. Play ideas & adult supervision

BusyBee! uses AI to generate play and activity suggestions, including from photos you take of items around your home. These suggestions are provided for inspiration only. You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is safe and suitable for your child, and for supervising play at all times. Always consider your child's age, abilities and any choking, allergy or other hazards. We do not accept liability for how activities are carried out.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App unlawfully or harmfully; upload content that is unlawful, infringing or that you don't have the right to use; copy, modify, reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the App; or resell or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions, trial & payment

BusyBee! is free to download and includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, continued access to premium features requires a subscription: £7.99 per week or £19.99 per month (prices may vary by region and are shown to you before you buy). Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, the BusyBee! name and mascot, text, graphics and software, is owned by YektaD or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the licence above, nothing here transfers any rights to you.

8. Availability & changes

We work to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
